How to build an inflatable tube for a pontoon

I am trying to build an inflatable tube for a fishing pontoon. Is There anybody that can help me to get information on how to build the tubes and where I can buy the fabric, glue and other materials? Are there any book, course or any other information on how to build inflatable tubes?
Any help on this matter will be greatly apreciated.
