surfboard on foil fin?

Has anyone seen the movie 'Step Into Liquid'
where they have a surfboard that you strap your feet into that rides right out of the water on a foil fin thing?
I think they called it a flowboard, but searching only brings up a skateboard thing.

Getting towed on, they can surf swell that doesn't break, or they can ride breaking waves like normal too.

It looked great.
