Offsets in Freeship

I've downloaded the 2.6 freeship and fooled around with it, but how do you get a table of offsets for your design?
I'm VERY new to this so sorry if it's a stupid question, but could some kind soul please walk me through it?

Go to file/export/offsets
They arent a table per se, but a list of the control lines as xyz points in a .txt file.
