5 m Catamaran

Hello everyone, i'm new at building boats but i'd really like to start my very own catamaran.
I'd like to build a paper tiger kind of cat but i can't find the plans anywhere on the net (free plans that is). Does anyone have some plans that can be put out here in the comunity?
Also what material should i use for the hull? Plywood or Fiber glass?

You should check out Katsailer on this section of the forum. There is a web site for the Paper Tiger catamaran. However it is 4.2 meters long. As far as obtaining plans for free that isnt the normal procedure to my knowledge.
