First off I want to thank everybody for the information. this is one great forum and wouldn't have gotten this far without your help!!! I am going to replace those stringers and am planning on doing it like this. 1-coat plywood with 2 coats epoxy 2- Tab in with 2 layers of 9oz. 6" biaxial 3- lay 7oz. cloth over stringer and tabbing. all done with epoxy and waiting for previous coat to set(1-2 HOURS) using this companys products. http://www.clarkcraft.com/index.php3?cart_id=b5d77c73db9f3786bcb9d621af6db281 Does it look like Im doing the glass right? I've used clarkcrafts epoxy resin, it's good stuff but overkill for what your doing. use unwaxed poly resin that's what your boat is built out of. Also if you do use epoxy make sure its warm out, that stuff takes along time to kick in cool weather. You will also have to remove the amine blush.

I've used CC's epoxy to and it is a no blush, plus he is only letting it set a couple of hours before re-coating...the epoxy is still tacky and wouldn't have blush yet anyway. Looks like you are doing it fine to me.
