Will it be that a catamaran as small how much that has a reasonable acting?
Will it be that the catamaran is stable?

Guessing that there is too much sail. At 3.5M, perhaps there will be a strong tendancy to capsize in the for-aft manner.

For the small amount of materials it would take, build it and find out.

How do you get under the boom, when tacking? That is about 0.4 m.
Fun idea though.

I don't know like him gets so much depth, that project is of a great Brazilian planner that has the same last name same to mine for coincidence, but I don't know him.

That very small one I wanted a lot of to build for small coastal trips.

At 3.5 meters in length, any coastal passage should be limited to a distance that you can swim back to shore. The hulls will pitch like hell in a chop and the ride will be rough. Maybe extend it to 5 meters.
