Help - basic propeller

Hi guys,

I am not a marine guy, but I need some information......pardon me asking:

If I rotate the a general propeller at about 300rpm, how bad will the efficiency of the blade be like? Do you think my boat can still move at about 2-3 knots?

Depends on the Pitch Diameter and Area of each blade (DAR). Then we need to know about the vessel,
