Hello,
I'm a college student in Texas currently enrolled in a non-traditional (over 25 year-olds) bachelor's program. To complete this degree I must conduct an Action Research Project. The project I have chosen involves marketing a customizable label for capacity plates, manufacturer's info, and many other applications to the boat building community.
I've conducted durability testing and, along with the label substrate manufacturer, have concluded these labels are ideal for boating applications (fade-free, waterproof, permanent adhesive, scratch-resistance).
During my project, February and March, I will be selling these labels for $5 a piece for labels up to 6"x6". Also, I am slowly developing a web site and you all can e-mail at:

David@CustomMarineLabels.com

for information on these labels. Look for heavy updates to my site this week and PLEASE let me know what you think! $5 custom capacity plates!

Thanks,
David

I don't see a web site. How about a picture of a plate.

Site address will be www.CustomMarineLabels.com however, I'm trying to build/update the site with a dial-up connection. Also, I'm attaching a low-res jpg of a label I made. Understandably, the codes allow for different designs and I can create or re-create any of these.

Thanks,
David

I'm interested. I'll get together a sample of what I want.

Great idea for a business.

Reality,
I've sent you an e-mail but to answer your question for everybody, my upper size limit is 8"x10". Any rectangular, round, or similarly simple shaped label you need is possible. Full-color logos, totally custom work, you name it. Thanks for the kind words and enthusiasm!
