Hi everyone, I am having alot of grief trying to find what year and the full throttle RPM range of this engine, we don`t have a Mercury dealer in my hometown, the serial # is A702665 all I have been able to find is 18 hp and it was made in Canada, anyone with imformation or help would be greatly appreciated, thankyou Bill.
