Just Stabben in the dark, Raggi (stabben in the dark...lighthouse.. get it ?)
Norway, of course. The Stabben Lighthouse (unmanned now) and your nearest 'club' would be in Floro

As for your brainteaser - I've hauled out the old charts (salt stained and limited cover) and the only two I can find which seem to fit the 'offshore' location are Bergen Point and Kjeungskjaer. (But I then cheated and 'googled' their images...neither is an exact fit) So I'll wait until a better travelled member replies.
Great looking lighthouse by the way.

Some place around 45º latitude with central europe's influences (North or South , although coming from you, there is an strong possibility of it being in Free States, Goldfields, South Africa ).
The little tall red building: An old port authorities or pilots one?

Now my turn. Where is this nice beach located?
