| It's mallard with a touch of kelp- custom mixed by by US Paints (AwlGrip) back before the latest EPA regs came in. No longer available unless you illegally import your own kelp...... It's 'Stars & Stripes' Mixed by Us Paints.. You have to call them or have your distributor order it. They have the formula for the paint but it is no longer a current 'stock' color. This was the color D. Connor came up with back in the Day for 'Stars and Stripes'. Spray only- the color floats to the surface during application and if you are not a top guy rolling-n-tipping, dark patches will show as you work the finish. Also- it's just about the perfect camo color for sailing in the ocean on one of those slate gray days- use only if you're going to get some international orange sails cut for the boat.. Also- try not to get confused- it ain't the color- that's just one good looking boat. ![]() BTW: Don't ever do this: ![]() Or it might turn your boat into this: ![]() Make yourself feel like this: ![]() And it might be YEARS till you get back to doing this: ![]() ![]() We are back in the water & had a great trip this summer. |
