It takes a lot of chutzpah to build a 45' catamaran essentially single-handedly with only the help you get on the forum. True grit, for sure. He develops his skills as he goes, and is a fast learner who exhibits strong character without which he would not have progessed this far.

You seem to be able to understand that a man can have different values of money but not time. If you have a lot of something its value becomes less.

The value of time is priceless because it is immeasurable.

Time is priceless, and when you get to 80 it will become obvious.

Immeasurable Hoyt? what is a clock.

How much time do you have left, Frosty? Can you measure it? Has your doctor given you 5 months to live? How will you know if he is right? What if he overestimated? Underestimated? There is time as we measure it in segments, then there is time as we span a life. It was the latter to which I was referring.

"The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once."

    Time?....Death?

Seems to me a strange fear for a sailor though, doesn't it?

Seems having all that worked out before boarding seems wisest,no?....

preferably with 'the powers that be'....

John 3:8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

long time no see.....or was it?

I guess you guys must be displeased at your time left. Smoker perhaps?

Are you competing with me Hoyt, my death calculation engine seemed silly enough but your "my time will be picked" beat me hands down.

Hows this then ---Im waiting for my death fairy.

Oh Oh,-- what about "Jesus wants me for a rainbow".
