It wasn't the language that would offend some, but the sentiments expressed.
I hope he puts out a longer version to include the USA, China, Japan, India and Australia. South America and Africa deserve a ribbing too. :)

This is one of my favorites, I use it at work all the time.

My first summer as a deckhand on a Coast Guard boat the Bosun's mate said to me:

"If it's not moving, paint it. If it's moving, paint it till it stops moving".

"If it's not nailed down it's mine. If I can pry it up it wasn't nailed down."

... unattributed, certainly older than all those D&D players using it with their thief characters.

My own RPG wit and wisdom:

"Yes, m'lord, but you must remember: they are just mere merchants who lack the ability to earn their gold honestly by pillaging and plundering, much as you did."

The Australian version was, "if it moves, shoot it, if it doesn't move, cut it down"

This was an expression used to convey a summary of the generally cavalier attitude toward nature preservation of the early settlers. I tend to think most were too busy just scratching a living to entertain much thought of the long term.

    Or, as wharfies (longshoremen) say,
"It's not what you earn, but what you take home that matters."

An old millwright told me when you go to get a tool from the tool room, you get 3 of them. "One to use, one to lose and one for your lunch box."
