While I am waiting, here is a picture showing the local weather (Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia) It takes several minutes to upload on my dialup speed broadband service....... Outside of major cities, expensive satellite ISP is the only speedy alternative, & mobiles/cellphones remain out of reach....

Hey Walrus,

I'll be over your way for ten days in April. I think I'm flying into Manchester though, as it is much closer to my lady's home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. I'll let you and Trev know if we'll be down your way.

Tim

Roger on that Tim, at the moment I'm in darkest Cornwall with little prospect of escaping to the big city but times and things change so we'll see what happens nearer the time!

I do, normally, but I'm one of the unemployed at the moment! So I'm home annoying the wife immensely!

Mike,

Give and take buddy. Usually they annoy us. I gave the machine I run at work a femine name (Betsy) becuase she is finicky and prone to problems.
When I told my girlfriend that, she said, "I'll ignore that comment".

Did I tell you I'll be moving to England in less than a year? If Soraya gets a high paying job in London, we may live there. Truth told is, we'd like to buy a home in Derbyshire, and paying the high rents in London would not be good. Better to apply the $$$ to our house.

I do look forward to boating on the Thames with Trev though.

Tim
