Surface Effect Craft

    I am looking for information on the surface effect boats used during the Viet Nam war.

    The best thing I've seen was not a book but a Discovery Channel TV special called "Wings" about 15 years ago. I still have it on tape and can make a copy. Let me know if you are interested, I'll be interested in what you have found in the past six moths since you started this thread.

    Used book store may have an old copy of FLYING SHIPS, a couple of neat pictures in that tiny book.

    Also you may want to try the reference section at the school of engineering at your state college. U of M has a bunch of books that I'm not sure anybody else has- like a candy store.
