The Yetties (http://www.theyetties.co.uk/) are stopping touring on 10th of April. They have a stunning back catalogue of folk songs, though, and I'm sure CDs etc will continue to be available. The Yetties also did "The Leaving of Liverpool" brilliantly, but alas there is no clip on youtube. The Dubliners also did a version, but it's nowhere near as good (IMO).

Gilbert and Sullivan's "Pirates of Penzance" and "HMS Pinafore" have some brilliant songs in them, but YT seems to be full of clips of very amateur productions, which is a shame because most of the actors just don't seem to get the subtlety of the G&S Scripts.

I'm surprised the soundtrack to the "Pirates of the Caribbean" movies hasn't cropped up here as well. Whilst not exactly songs about boats, the soundtrack is brilliant.

I tried to find recording of Jolly Rogers Overture by Walter Leigh but was unsuccessful. Composer died near Tobruk in WW2. If anybody know of it it would be a welcome addition here.
