All these religious dietry groups milking a cash cow hung on old science that is often so out of date its not funny.

Science has not just moved on in the intervening years since most of these guys (such as Atkins and Price) but is has leaped into the modern era.
Price was a dentist born in 1870. A victorian era detist with a prejudiced view and no knowledge of modern science at all. The book is a re-print of one from 1939 .................... I'm very skeptical of the whole approach and can see several glaring errors looking through that website, and refference to spiritual magical effects in crop growing and farming...........Biodynamics

ya I kinda liked the idea that paleolithic man ate a lot of meat
and only found the occasional fresh tuber to dig up
seems like they have some evidence for that
but eating nothing but fat cattle meat which is a twisted version of something like a water buffalo I think is bound to be bad for you
Im sticking to a variety of game animal and duck instead of chicken
I eat my share of fresh veggies and only binge on pasta sometimes
little bread but not much
I eat my share of sea food
bla bla bla
but all in all Im healthy as an ox
so not going to worry about it

hope all is well

Healthy as an Ox, - - Boston does not that put you in the path for a cannibals' entrée?

Sorry Boston, no harm intended, just a cheeky little dig with a friend. Your posts today seem quite down, I hope you feel better in the new year... God Bless and seasons salutations....

Get that boat of yours and we may well meet on the high seas as friends for a beer or three & share a meal of something...
