| Seized outboard 12 hp I have a 12 hp Montgomery Ward outboard from 1957. It served me well until I goofed and ran regular gas though it. Worked fine - for three minutes when it seized. Is the motor toast? I have overhauled lawnmowers and car engines. What should I look for to see if it is worth the work? Any guidelines / manuals on how to proceed? As my friend says - right now it would make a good anchor. Thanks, Eric from the PWN |
