Preferably not by killing the original crew members, who were captives and still on board.

The hijackers left the trawler in hi speed small boat after being fired on by then chased by the Indian naval vessel who failing to capture the hijackers returned and sunk the trawler killing all the crew but one. The survivor, a listed crewman was later picked up and lived to give account of the action.
Indian navy denied being involved. Not the first time reports of Indian navy illegal acts have occurred.

In March 2010 a UAE Abu Dhabi 32mt patrol boat attacked and sunk a KSA navy vessel in an engagement over disputed waters. KSA survivors were arrested then later handed over to British embassy who released them to KSA Border Guard. Action was not reported for fear of furthering Middle East tensions.

If you want to challange anyone on their response to an incident first thing is: get the facts straight and that window you're always looking at....its a mirror Mildred. The real world is outside...and beyond your boarders
