Thai or Italian style in Thailand

This was an interesting little vessel docked just outside a restaurant on a canal in Thailand

Cute. how was it powered? pole? Is the deck as slippery as it looks? Looks like a Hobbit boat.

I think I see the problem. His bunk carpet looks to be torn.

Can you really imagine what a bad day that was?
Personally I can't really imagine the situation that lead to that.

Yeah, here's how you do that.

    1. Get all excited now you are at the ramp and back the trailer down and into the water.
1A ... forgetting to take the trailer straps off the boat, so that the boat floats the trailer
1B ... and the trailer floats the back of the truck. This only happens after you have gotten out of the truck, and then a boat wake gives it that little extra it was missing.
1C (extra credit) If you also forgot to put the plug in the boat, the boat will sink at the dock while you try to recover the truck.

Phil, I'll never forget the night a teen borrowed his dad's new Lincoln Navigator and, mistaking the gas for the brake (surely another way to dunk your ride) drove the thing into the wall behind the photo machine I'd just been working at.

When his dad came to retrieve him we could still hear him yelling at the boy when they were any over yonder, about to turn into the street.

Did a real number on the store's wall. Had I not stepped away from the copy station exactly when I did....
