Nice one Boston, and I like the retort too, sort of snappy.

Are we all on the same rock?

He sits backwards in it, I suppose using a mirror to avoid things.

That's the artist hand in the attached photo, being silly and perhaps pretending to be the head of an ET.

I can't help but to wonder what I would feel if I saw this boat flip...

13 ~ 14 year old boys seems to be the experts in singing this like Aled Jones in 1985. Above ISS video was sung in 1982 by Peter Auty when he was 13 . . . :)

    Cheers,

A couple of lighthouses I visited in WA. Cape Leeuwin lighthouse looks over the point where the Indian Ocean and the Southern Ocean meet. Reefs extend well offshore accounting for the lighthouses height. The other photo is of Cape Naturaliste lighthouse it sits high on rocky cliffs overlooking Geographe Bay.

    Looking for open water

It's that time of year when everybody hauls their boat 20 miles across the frozen bay to get out to open water for hunting.

This would be a great spot to use a hovercraft. People head out across the bay using a snowmobile (towing a boat on a sled) and camp on the ocean beach for spring hunting. While they are there the ice starts breaking up and makes returning impossible, not enough ice for a snowmobile but too much for a boat. After a few weeks (maybe a month) the ice will all be gone and then you put the snowmobile in the boat to bring it home.
