This is the small lake/ big pond which I built my el-cheapo boat for. The first image is from the Big dam that creates the lake up the lake to the originating creek "Bacon Creek". The second is from the side of the lake part to the left of the first picture. The third is where the Creek begins to widen into the lake and the last is the spill way from the small dam which creates another small pond above...the origin of Bacon Creek lake. My dog and I usually walk this at least 5 days a week at around 3.5 miles for the circuit. It is a great walk...the path is paved and cleared for about 5 ft on each side then it is mostly raw wooded area til you get to the private property surrounding the park and then it is fields, cows and houses...depending on which direction you turn. On one side is an area of mowed grass and trees with picnic areas and shore fishing spots. This takes up probably 2/3 mi of shoreline and the rest is woods until you get to the dam.

I'd be more impressed by that sentiment if you hadn't preceded it with a blatant attempt to have the final word yourself....particularly since you're the sanctimonious religious bigot who started the bs to begin with.

Turned the car on while at work (delivery) this evening and it wouldn't start...ignition was on ok but no start...and no ignition off either. The switch went mammaries up. Bump started it and completed the rest of the evening with it running. Had to pop the clutch to stop it and pulled the battery cable to kill it. Don't know if I'll spring for a new switch or just wire up some toggles and a push button for the start...depends on how much putting a new switch will cost. That was the start to my evening/night...hope it gets better and not worse. Oh...and this is a '92 Ford...

My 2000 Nissan pickup has a 'Starguard' security system, with a key that has to be inserted in a slot under the dash. The leetle red light started flashing the other day like the key has been removed, even when it's in place.

To start the !@#$% thing I have to pull the Starguard key, and reinsert it. That gives me about a one-second window to turn the ignition key and start cranking the engine.

Doing that isn't a real problem, although it's a pain to work the Starguard key with my right hand and reach over the steering wheel with my left to reach the ignition key. But I'm wondering if it's going to go on to the next stage, and stop working at all.

mine has been failing for some time I think and finally went

I want to make sure that's the problem before I pay for a part I don't need

the problem I have been faced with is the manual I bought to work on the tractor doesn't have proper wiring diagram for my tractor

it's a fly by wire system all control inputs go through the controller and out to solenoids that control the hydraulics that make the tractor move

    Back to random pictures...

These little critters are all over our property this year, in every old gopher hole or empty ant hill. First there were swarms of the ones with the diamonds. Now the tinier ones are showing up; I assume they're the offspring of the others.

Some kind of a small beetle is all I know; don't remember ever seeing them before. My son told me he's noticed them in previous summers, but only as scattered individuals.
