The Chinese once had a fleet of giant Junks that traveled the entire globe long before Europeans did there first circumnavigation. Fleet was broken up on orders of the Emperor who decided the world had nothing to offer China.

They have found the anchor stones typical of the Chinese fleet in harbors all over the world

Boat fan. Where did you get that pic of the Spanky Paine? Notice the Alaska plates on the truck. Looks a little like Seward but one doesn't usually see that horrrible-lookin' of a truck except off the road system - Is it on Kodiak?. Tiny Turnip, If you want it, I'm sure that the City of Homer would let you have it - it is a derelict taking up harbor space. Contact Brian at 907-235-3160.
