I base my YES ( assuming you are happy with the velocity in the range of ~ C as close enough ) on -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutrino

If you need a higher precision than that - then that is indeed unknown.
Basically, a neutrino is a neutrino whether it was generated from an accelerator or a supernova.

"There are three known types (flavors) of neutrinos: electron neutrino ν
e, muon neutrino ν μ and tau neutrino ν τ"

"Before 2011, experimental evidence could be interpreted to mean that neutrinos traveled at or below the speed of light. Following the results of the September 2011 observation of faster-than-light neutrino velocities in the OPERA experiment, the value of the neutrino velocity is the subject of theoretical and experimental studies.[29]
Theory
Before the idea of neutrino oscillations came up, it was generally assumed that neutrinos travel below or at the speed of light."

" 2007 using the MINOS detectors, which found the speed of 3 GeV neutrinos to be 1.000051(29) c at 68% confidence level, and at 99% confidence level a range between 0.999976 c to 1.000126 c."

"This is a complicated experiment with a multitude of cables and equipment," said Marsollier.
"The physicists have checked things out, are continuing to make checks and will check again. It (a technical flaw) is always possible, but they have been saying this from the very beginning."

Hey Mr Arbitrator - I think this thread shoudl be moved from Boat Design - whaadya reckon ?

The Universe does not make any sense unless we (humans) can eventually travel through space at speeds much faster than the speed of light. I can easily travel to several planets in a few seconds. In my imagination, nothing much faster than that.

The latest report has several possible errors in the process. One is a an over oscillating crystal in one clock, and a faulty optical cable to the receiver.
