If you need a higher precision than that - then that is indeed unknown.
Basically, a neutrino is a neutrino whether it was generated from an accelerator or a supernova.

The Universe does not make any sense unless we (humans) can eventually travel through space at speeds much faster than the speed of light. I can easily travel to several planets in a few seconds. In my imagination,nothing much faster than that.

The latest report has several possible errors in the process. One is a an over oscillating crystal in one clock, and a faulty optical cable to the receiver.
