How many threads are you going to create for the same question? it makes it extremely confusing for people who respond to follow other responses?

Visit the website of one of the many propeller manufacturers (google the name), fill out their form and email it. You'll get an answerback in a day or two.

    Hello...

    Hello...

See attached - if it works...

You first need to determine your shaft diameter - bearing spacing if more than one in the log - and your available hull clearance - need 15 to 20 percent of wheel diameter so as to not cavitate at the top of the swing ...

Here is a good site - an old friend even - see http://www.bertram31.com/proj/tips/shafts.htm ...

That gets you started - as for material and section thicknesses for a tow application - talk to a good maker that have their own foundry and machine facilities - like http://www.osbornepropellers.com/Consulting.htm ...

These guys have been casting and milling their own product since the 1930's...

All pretty basic stuff - from this point it can get crazy...:)
