Poor power to weight ratio there, as how would you get enough politicians in a submarine so you could get enough hot air to make it work... If, however, the objective is to facilitate the early and permanent retirement of many politicians, a bigger submarine and plush internal appearance, to attract the said politicians inside for a depth test... - - I do not like submarines so it would not work on me, and I am not a politician
