No they didn't; they knew better. They were getting screwed over for a long time before Hitler took power -- not just in Germany, but in a lot of other European countries too.

I repeat: what's your point? The original premise seems to be that Hitler took everyone's guns away in Germany, and that's pure bs. He didn't need to.

    Hello Troy,

PLEASE ! Read these three of the best known works on the Second World War, they are -
General Eisenhower's "Crusade in Europe" (559 pages),
Winston Churchill's "The Second World War" ( 6 volumes; 4,448 pages),
and the "Mémoires de guerre" by General de Gaulle (3 volumes; 2,054 pages).

Look for the part where Nazis killed millions. I don't say they didn't, it's just not in these books.

If you weren't suggesting that the Nazis didn't kill millions, there would be no point at all to your post. Would there?

"It isn't mentioned in three books?" That's a pretty thin argument...... especially since it was thoroughly documented by the Nazis themselves. During the Nuremberg trials, Allied prosecutors submitted some 3,000 tons of records, many of them dealing with the killing of Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals and other 'undesirables.'
