    Thanks sean, things are acceptable, and the easiest response is to grin and bear it :D:D:D I am stressing at the prospect of failing to have the wherewithall to build my boat now.... Which/who is more important to me - a lady I love or a boat of my livelong dream/ambition? it is almost at a point of "either / or", and that is not a decision I like to make, and March 2009 may be too late....
