NewBuilder with a question..

hey, i live in tampa fl and am looking to buy my first boat which is going to be a project boat to work on while i am not at school. i found a boat on craiglist that the man has already done the bottom of the hull and and is going to give me the hull, trailer, cc and polling platform for 1700 and was wondering if this would be a good first boat to work on with little or no help from the pops. thanks for the input

FLATS BOAT (project boat)

If you have the skills and can access the expertise necessary then go for it....
