Come on Hoyt what was the real reason for the neg points.

His body wasn't taken by marines but by SEALs. Neg rep for innacuracy. Hoyt

And innacuracy is spelt wrong. Should i give neg points for spelling mistakes.

Yes. Improper punctuation as well. And pseudo sentences containing no verbs, such as this one and the previous one.

Eh Hoyt, I wasn't taking sides... You should know that by now I don't take sides and I don't buddy-buddy and cover for someone, right or wrong, friend or foe.

It becomes frustrating if you guys stop acting like adults and try to spite each other with childish stuff. The way to convince another of your opinion is by reasoning, and you won't win them all. So what if someone doesn't agree, it's only one out of billions.

If it's so important to 'WIN' then come up with better facts or at least a reasoning of some sorts. Just stand back from your own posts and see what it was you put up. If it's a load of crap then that is what everyone else sees, not to mention what they must be thinking.

don't feel bad he did the same to me over on the ocean conditions thread, something about correcting him when he's got his facts mixed up seems to set him off.

Sometimes the"joke" may be too obscure to recognise so add a "smilie" or "rasberry" at the end of the punch-line... - "Go Advanced" and then click on a couple of the "emoticons" to the right of the text box

Masalai IS half right (starboard), and half left (port)... On the GEC, correct since - who cares - sufficient to say twice the thread was closed because of denialist angst and vitreol (no spell-checker on this computer)...

The bureaucratic lies, denial, coverup and fraud continues... The USA, European and other economies will collapse eventually, (When those in denial wake up to find their worst nightmare is a reality.) But that is your problem... I have implemented my survival plan...

Mas you're bloody close to the truth. We'll be growing crops in hiding fighting off the hordes trying to take it from us...

In Zim a bread cost what a farm cost a few years back !
Now you know why you have to learn to fish mate, and soon
The sea... our last frontier.

REMOTE Islands are the last fronteer... I am looking at some likely prospects...

Bureaucrats are societies' vampires and are also parasites that do not obey natures rules as they demand more and more for less and less by "services no one needs or desires"... Less bureaucratic interference the better society is in looking after itself...

Too many people still seek the "nanny state" as they are too lazy, fat and indolent to get up and look after themselves... This seeking to blame others for their own misfortune is significant in the western world social and economic collapse... Nothing to do with democrats/republicans or socialists or communists - all are birds of the same feather (parasites and vampire squids - or banksters/liars/thieves) posing as the fairy godmother who will deliver all the "goodies for the easy life"... - - SUCKERS - Stop being so bloody lazy and look after yourselves...

Seems like it's always 'western' culture people are badmouthing. So apparently there are no problems with northern, eastern or southern cultures, aside from what sneaks in from the west to corrupt them?

I'm sure all our governmental forms could use a bit of improvement, but bitching about gubments is almost a national pastime, so lets not rock the boat so to speak.

Concerning our own beloved ( choke hack spit ) leaders, I say "hang em by the ropes they imported from China. As for the rest of the various forms of corruption, it seems there's a cure thats best for each disease.

Its in some sense the typical, everyone hates the winner, cause you lost, scenario. The US through some pretty unsavory tactics ended up on top of the pile and the pile didn't appreciate it, so the pile speaks out. On the other hand could there have been worse "victors"? Depends on who you talk to and what exactly the good ole US did to each in the process of winning. In any case its the same old song and dance, folks hated Rome in its day and so folks hate the US today.

Things are fast changing though and pretty quick we'll be screaming murder about the Chinese, which is one reason I started this thread in the first place.

Cheers
B

and the housing market gets ready to take another dive thanks to federal regulators who should never have bailed lenders, Wallstreet or the banksters out in the first place.
