but I think ya gotta admit of all the boating sites this one is hands down the most on topic of them all. Also has mostly sane participants and ( not to be kissing ass or anything ) about the most impartial moderator. All in all its a pretty dam well done site with a very respectable clientele

cheers to one and all

Our good neighbor decided to do a little trimming along the fence line.
He reached over and chopped down everything in our yard along the fence- boy talking about crossing the line...
The wife is not happy.

yes you are all correct, it is the best boat site . i thought about my comments after i left them and decided that no matter what the theme of a site is i guess topics are always going to stray when people get to know one another on these forums as they would if people were talking over a drink at a bar.

Im just reading this while the fibre glass resin that I just put on my dinghy dries.

Oh and Im sitting on a boat while I read it.

If you live in a house or are on land you should not read this stuff as your not technically boat related.

I have a kayak hanging in my garage so this is a boathouse.

Good point!

Recently, we had a hell of a party on board.
Quite late, a cruiser came in and took berth next to us. After several hours the skipper finally stood on his sea-fence with a large portside light in his face, telling us at ca. 120 dB that he somewhat disagreed with the situation.

He missed, that he could have moved to a more quiet berth.
He also missed a good party.

That is why I prefer a boat over a house with lawn: We always can move on if we want to.
