| List of Indian Boatbuilders? I'd like to start a list here of Indian boatbuilders. Does anyone have good statistics on boat building in India and if there are any sizable export lines of boats from India?  |

| Boats from India look very basic and are not suitable for export; at least FRP boats. You might look at SriLanka they are more advanced. Actually, we design for both...

| Thank you for the reply Alik. I saw FRP boat building - Mangalore, Karnataka, India in the similar threads as I was browsing, and realized I don't know anything about boats in India and have not read a single article about Indian boatbuilders in years. Searching the web I found very few building boats that would be "export-market" boats.
