Just Wanted to say....

Hello!

I am new to the site and the area. I just moved to Beach Haven NJ on Long Beach Island. I frequented the Jersey Shore for years and now I can finally say I am here to stay. I am looking for the following:

1. Good spots to fish
2. Good Places to eat
3. A decent all in one marine store

What I can offer is my recommendations in the area:

1. Best Wings in the area: http://www.492fowl.com Chicken or the Egg

2. Best Marine electrical around here: Marine Dc www.marinedcsystems.com

3.Best UNIQUE beach gear: www.tikilandlbi.com Tiki Land Stores

4.Best Seafood: Mud City in Manahawkin (no website)

Get back to me on your opinions, I am really anxious to go exploring!

-The Commodore

Sandy bitches - - Oooooh that sounds like a painful intercourse?

Best place to fish - in the water? I used to like "pond zero" at Dampier Salt in the NW of Australia, the fish were sooo hungry they would jump out of the water to bite on a safety pin of a baby's nappy - - - sometimes with the baby still in it....

Eat - - Where you catch the fish - - cook the fish on a grill - barbecued straight away on the beach.....

BCF have a website and do mail orders (BoatingCampingFishing in Australia) http://www.bcf.com.au/ enjoy....

Manahawkin? sounds vaguely Cornish to me - maybe he's somewhere sensible? Why would he want to wear a jersey tho? Thought it was summer in the USof A at the moment? Oh well each to his own

(Jim you say there's nothing good in jersey -you ain't see some of the jerseys I've seen!! if you know what I mean )
