Innovation in the Yacht Design and Building Industry

I am about to take a course around innovation, and for my homework I was asked to go to a few businesses and ask some simple questions to help get a view of what others think about innovation. I thought, hey, why not combine my work and my hobby, and try to get the answers from people working in the boat industry. At the same time, the answer that people provide might give others some motivation. If anyone could take 10 minutes to answer these 6 questions, indicating what kind of business you are working for, and what "department" you are working in, that would help. Don't mention the name of your company if you dont want to, and dont share anything that your company might not want the public to know about...
