| Getting her flipped... This isn't my thread, but I like to say thanks to Tim B and everyone else who commented here for your ideas & suggestions. Most of the work on my boat, to date, has been done with the boat upright...and me on my back... I had 5 or 6 guys over several weeks ago to help flip it over and we couldn't do it for fear of damaging her. Reading this thread gave me an idea... ![]() My idea was to attach a rope(with a loop in the middle) across the transom and suspend the boat (from this loop) from the ceiling of my garage. After suspending her (with extra supports under the rafters) from the ceiling it was a breeze to just spin her around and sit her down on the short saw horses that I made for this project. I did this in about 30 minutes and I did it alone, by myself. Wow Thank a lot everyone VKRUE |
