This is the basic "slow" speed connection...as i am located in the countryside away from the city. But we have upped it to a higher 200MBs because we are in the "countryside"....city is otherside of the mountain. Hence a bit slower if we have the slowest basic of 100MBs.

I can, at a price, get 1GBs speeds, if i want. The City has nominally 200-500MBs.

My upload speed is usually much faster around 60-70MBs...but only when the kiddies are not gaming online.

John.. out of interest... what does your connection cost you and is there a traffic limit per month or anything?
And I assume it's delivered by fibre optic...?

Will

It cost roughly 4500-5000Yen per month, we have the unlimited download option.

NTT wanted our business and locally upgraded the whole area with cables, as being in the "countryside" we didnt have it, hence the slowest 100MBs line we had before. So we switched to NTT and got the slowest/cheapest on offer the 200MBs at no extra charge!!

thats better than i get with my so called fast conniction, funny enouch haarlem is a bit faster than adam while i'm in amsterdam

fast and covinient mobil acces without having to wait for a starting computer is a pro, scaling and other limitations remain a handicap
