House Boat Inspiration

I find this picture rather funny.
She pose on house boat.
So what you think of the houseboat

Somebody feed that poor girl a sandwich.

Hard to say if this is an original old photo from the 1930's or a retro shoot of some sort. Does it say shot in 2008 in the corner?

The boat is very cool, wish I could see more of it.

Q: Do house boat windows ever have insect screens on them?

The one I am building for myself have all the widow opening and with insect screen on each.
Mendatory on a houseboat, you never know where you will be, close to shore here in Maine the mosquitoes are ferocius.

It was photo'd during the Depression. That photo probably fed her and her family. Hohouseboat?
