I once worked with a guy who tasered himself on a riding mower. His uncle fixed them and he test drove them after the fixing. One he got on before the saddle was replaced and as he was test driving it he hit a bump and his foot slipped off the deck, his butt came down on the spark plug and he went bouncing along on his @$$ getting shocked until he p1553d himself and fell off.

Seriously, though, that is abuse of police authority. The guy was going slow, harming no one, on a little dirt lane leading to the oyster shack(probably a bar and grill) to get a bite to eat. I think the cop was laying for him, personally. It is obviously a rural community, where everybody knows most everybody. They are clearly on a first-name basis.
