help for logo edit please

My old bizz card is now out of date, used to be an anchor, I want to use this, and have it set in oval faded out photoshop thingie, I am not up with that could someone please volenteer, thanks

If you use a company to print your cards, they have the software to do this for you, as part of the service.

thank you, we have a trillion one man bands here w,out such, I know it can take seconds, my partner can do but he,s away and I need hurry assist China visa

The 'one man band' company i use does it in seconds. Perhaps a quick phone call to one or two will establish whether they can or can't do it, or at least know one that can do quickly.
