"A billion here, a billion there ... pretty soon it adds up to real money." Everett Dirksen, (deceased), former US senator

Dirksen was being sarcastic. Today's politicians think spending more of our money is their job.

With nothing to show for his efforts! The world must be truly grateful for his efforts to reduce greed & consumerism or is it with a very simple process to also increase indebtedness and poverty.... Hay this man is a genius... If one could reverse engineer his actions then reverse the process, become a multi-sextillion(because I like sex)-trillion-billionaire with an investment of less than my current debt!

Year but if you are talking of the "rogue trader" he was paid to do it. What is the essence behind "W's" idiocy, or is he being sensible?

Is that budget of W, for 1 year? then add at least 1billion a week plus the undeclared other expenditures - "Wee'll all be rooned!!!!"

I dont know what "being rooned" means, But if it requires lubrication, I suggest you get lubricated.

But I have been told that drowning in warm water can be quite "peaceful" and "W's" way seems soooo full of anguish, fear, hatred, stupidity - the world....

Who said anything about me drowning? I just asked a question.... doesn't mean I will, or, even considering it.

Gees I got another fright, my thumb must have moved the cursor when I brushed on the "touch pad" and refused to let me allocate points till etc?.... I am not dead - just smell that way occasionally after eating baked beans

Money is nothing to a government -its just a peice of paper that they made. When they do it, it is legal. To us it is everything but to them ------- They have to spend it to get it back to us.
Dont tell me its not impossible to print a couple of billion one night, no one will know.

Drowning is not calm and peacefull in warm water I do it to rats frequently and they dont like it.
