31 polygamist sect teens pregnant or have babies: officials

Child welfare officials say more than half of the teenaged girls removed from a polygamist sect in Texas are already mothers or are currently pregnant.
All of the sect's 463 children were taken in state custody earlier this month amid allegations of widespread sexual, physical and emotional abuse at the YFZ (Yearn For Zion) Ranch.
Officials said girls were being "groomed" to accept sex with their middle-aged "spiritual husbands" as soon as they hit puberty and boys were being indoctrinated to perpetuate the cycle of abuse.
They have identified 53 girls who they believe are between the ages of 14 and 17.
"We believe 31 of the 53 have either already had children or are pregnant," Texas Department of Family and Protective Services spokesman Patrick Crimmins said.
All but six of the 250 girls and 213 boys seized in the raid have now been placed in foster care across the state, he added.
Those children are currently hospitalised with ailments that include respiratory problems and an ear infection.
The department tried to keep siblings together and placed most of the children in large group settings.

Monsanto is at liberty to clone their own rectum - just so long as it is known how to kill it when it becomes a pest....

I look at it this way, (now I have your attention with an outrageous opening line), If I opt to use and grow "GM free": then I should have a way to remove the GM crop from my farm - The Monsanto target is to make their crop UNABLE TO BE KILLED with ROUNDUP - their product and the same as other generic herbicides - (Glyphosphate) - which is available from sources other than Monsanto and far cheaper. So, If I have a crop with a seed that is high value, but the same size and weight (cannot be separated by winnowing/sieve) as a crop in my neighbours paddock which is a Monsanto (roundup resistant) - how do I clean that seed scatter from my paddock - EVER?

Monsanto know this and users, (suckered in farmers), are required to indemnify Monsanto of ANY risk... The only advantage is that the suckers can use roundup in their crop without any adverse impact on their productivity - just the sold crop will be polluted with toxins associated with the production/manufacture of excessive roundup use...

You see M the idea is that Monsanto's heavies turn up look at your Monsanto seed infected crop and sue the ass off you for using their patented seed without paying for it, this is despite the fact you never wanted it in the first place. They have all ready broken a few farming families in the US over patent infringements, so far the families have buckled because they cannot afford the fight. Best legal system money can buy!
