Charles,

Do not get me started. There are events from way, way back that still make me shudder and turn crimson with embarrassment, whenever I think of them.

No! I shall not do it! You cannot make me! Never, I say! Never! Oh, alright then.

There was this time.

So. she got up and exited stage left, without even a backward glance. Took me years to get over the humiliation.

Perry

AAAaaaahhhrg, too many crosthreading posts, I am lost in a sea of ideas.... The weather here is up to 5hit, Freeship 2.85 is doing the same (keeps on making corrections where not wanted and then LOCKS the errors....) It has made 2 holes about 100mm above base line at both bow & stern. & I thought I was being sooo smart at being able to import some curves at 1m intervals (frames?) only to have the points woven into a crossover web of confusion which I managed to sort out with the "align function"... No one seems to use ver 2.85 of freeship so will I post in 3D dxf format? It is a tidy up of my original model, almost...

Hay, the1, that was 13 years ago (2008-1995)

I cannot agree with Pericles postulation, I think the right wing bankers have him under their control - and I thought he was a socialist (not communist)...

There two things to watch, the melting of the ice mass on land in the Northern hemisphere and the water temperature around Antarctica.

When it is finally conceded that the melt is on the way and unstoppable, most low-lying land, (less than 70 to 100ft ASL), will be covered within 10 or so years from then.

Let the USA put its money where it will. - Who cares, I am not "lifeline" but I have trained as a counsellor? Me? - true, but difficult to understand...

Have you got a good cruising boat or gills?

Just because I decided not to pirate Frosty's thread he chucks a wobbly

I denied all knowledge and refuse to participate in political activities and they were satisfied & left (no right)

The USA is reportedly indebted to China to the tune of one billion US $ per week, which pays for the wars in the middle east - but - if the T-bond and other Govt. bonds show a diminished return, they will park their Yuan elsewhere...

I am an economic pessimist, that way whatever happens is better than I expected...

My economics lecturer, C Rao, was responsible for the first 15 year economic plan for Malaysia... He intimated that economics was as close to witch-craft as one can get without being burnt at the stake - if you can run fast enough...

Manie & Fanie, found the article..... Here it is. http://www.runningtideyachts.com/arc...TaraTour1.html It seems "Tara Vana" means totally crazy.... - I like that name - in my style of humour... state the obvious and laugh at its "impossibility" and prove the unbelievers wrong....
