| Got the boat... Now what?! Well we got a boat yesterday, it used to be my grandfather's boat and we are going to restore it... The outside seems to be in pretty good shape so thats a plus, we are having a hard time deciding what kind of boat it is, I know its Shell Lake but I haven't been able to find the year/style of it yet. We are waiting for the registration to be found which I am sure will tell the rest of the details that we are not sure of at the moment... My concern is though, what if they can't find the registration papers? Is there another way to register it or is that paper a requirement? When that gets taken care of we will start with restoring it, which I am super excited about! Anyone recognize this type of boat that can help shed light on it? Any other tips or feedback? Thanks! |
