| Good manners Good manners in the forum are the only way to keep it at the high level it is. Sometimes we all get angry or frustrated, but polite responses prevent this forum from becoming one of those sites full of raving lunatics. For example, writing all in capital letters means you are screaming at someone. To simply emphasize bold or cursive is sufficient.

| A simple thankyou ,when your questions are answered is a good way to acknowledge a person's unselfish use of their time ,just as you would in any other walk of life. |
