If AGW IS a conspiracy, then it's not appropriate to eliminate conspiracy from AGW discussion is it? :)
Or are you DESPERATELY trying to divert ATTENTION from the conspiracy angle?
What are you COVERING UP, Ray?
Which are you a paid illuminati agent or an NWO idealist seeking martyrdom?
    Answer yes or no!

Aligned with the goals of the "Earth Charter" one of which is to reduce human populations levels to under a billion people is the
“The Draft International Covenant on Environment and Development” (DICED)

You should look up this and the "Earth Charter" before dismissing any of the discussion as the product of a feverish imagination.

    Yobboliility;

    Dreadnaughty,

Do you realize you asked Ray a either or question; not yes or no?

Since you deny being on big oil's dole, I am wondering if you might be a super secret double agent for the Collectivists, oops i mean the Socialists, argh i mean the NWO, ooooooooo I meant the Illuminati?

You might not even know it? Do you feel the need to collect "The Catcher in the Rye".

Just a thought? The polka band sure would be a great cover for an Illuminati spy.

You seriously underestimate my inteligence. :)
Of course I know what I asked!
And a LOL afterward, because it wasn't a serious inquiry.
It's a standard manipulatory technique to demand yes or no, to a question not answerable yes or no. Throws opponent off guard.
"Vari-runny! Is it your intention to renew your membership in the rainbow coalition? yes or no?
I'm not a manipulator, but I'm trained to recognize manipulation.
That's one of the 'flags' that made me look hard at AGW.
    It's PURELY manipulative.

No matter what happens anywhere, any time and for any reason, there will be people trying to take advantage of it for profit, power, or just kicks.

Therefore, conclusively proving that some persons or groups have a vested interest in AGW being real would hardly prove it isn't real....

But the idea that it's some kind of a conspiratorial power play to take people's freedoms away from them is just whack. No one in his right mind would launch such a complicated, roundabout plot to put the world under his thumb. There are so many simpler, more straightforward and more reliable ways of gaining power.

I feel like a big bungee cord attached to my ankle just yanked me back into some forum discussing evolution -- where True Believers are passionately posting that evolution is a 150 year-old conspiracy to destroy Christianity.

You're smart. I'm smart. Everybody here is smart.
But there ARE smarter people in the world.
Conspiracy is not normally among large numbers of people.
A small coherent group of master manipulators with money and power, can play other groups like chess pieces.
Each group thinks they are advancing their agenda, and don't see the big picture. All is orchestrated from the top.

I feel certain you believe politics works this way.
The good old boys. The network. The machine! The boys in the back room.
It works that way in county and small town politics. Works in Washington.

But too much to believe it works on an international scale?

Are you one of those who think the world outside the US borders is small and insignificant?
Maybe your point of view is warped, not to scale. The BIG picture might be to YOU only the USA. To MANY americans it is.
    Not to me.

Your view that any scientist or researcher who doesn't agree with your agenda has been bought by some global government conspiracy is, I believe, ridiculous.

    I never said that.
But people do things for their own reasons.
Manipulators figure you out. Get your number. Learn what makes you tick. Then, they entice you to do what they want, by convincing you it's what you want to do.
Good controllers even make you think it's your idea! :D

A few scientists corrupted, probably. All or most of the scientists on either side, no way.

If the ones co-opted were in the data agencies, only 4 sources. East Anglia of climate gate is one, Hansen at NASA another. Others I don't know, but I suspect only a dozen or less adjusting the temperature data, would confuse the whole process. Anybody checking these people, other than each other?
