| And the funny thing is also how everyone is focusing, like a bunch of sheep, on residential real estate, as if that is the only reason for their demise in the old rusty usa. I can't wait to see all this drama to move into the business end of real estate. Offices, and commercial stuff. Now, that will be the nail through the nuts and into the coffin. With economy crumbling like a giant tower made of cheap paper, the businesses will have to start shredding the business RE portfolios to cover for their capitalist ignorance and utopic dreams of "plenty". And with many businesses out of business, who is going to buy the commercial RE...? The next wave of tsunamis is in the making. When it hits, this residential debacle will be quite small in comparison. Now, how do you make a retard to understand that? You can't. No one can make a retard understand anything. Just as no one can stop the usa from falling into the abyss. It is much like that story about the king and his new robes...Only the "king" thinks he's fabulous and great. Top of the fashion food chain. Everyone else thinks he's delusional. Naked. Left with nothing. Contrary to retard's opinon, I do not like the prospect of usa falling into its own hole filled with ****. The cowboys will raise the hell, the only thing they somwhat know how to do, and drag the rest of the world into their lost battle. Just as in that book of legends and nonsense: "...they will say 'Come with us, we are the righteous ones.' And they will be devil's children...who goes with them will perish...(book of revelation)". |

| from GATA at http://www.gata.org/node/7884 a podcast you can listen to here.. http://www.kingworldnews.com/kingwor...10/9_GATA.html It will not be long before there is a HUGE SHAKE UP in the commercial "markets" as there is not enough REAL METAL and people are starting to DEMAND THAT and ONLY THAT... - - - - - THAT demand for actual bullion as opposed for paper ********, could lead to a significant and explosive disaster when someone defaults.... READ my post 1496 and 1497 CAREFULLY - explosive disaster is imminent ... Will it happen this weekend or on last trading day for COMEX settlements for October 2009 then BANG as I think there is no useful asset that China of others could buy with their trillions of US$ to replace with something of value (oil countries do not want US$ USA has nothing to sell, NO ONE WANTS US$)....

| There is also black gold (oil), arable land WITH good irrigation water and access ports nearby.... Mineral resources, drilling rigs that can drill down 5000 plus metres to access geo-thermal energy which will deliver electricity for a long time (in human terms) ![]() ![]() ... A several million hectare project - - buy arable land and secure water by building your own dam on part of the land, at the same time sinking a couple of holes for geothermal energy conversion, grow food crops (grains) in rotational crops, feed the stubble to livestock, use the geothermal power for irrigation pumps and to power the operations, direct export food to the highest bidder... periphery and windbreaks/shade etc are for palm oil (I prefer Cocos Nucifera - "coconut" oil) for fuel and food export... With a bit of forethought most of the tilling, sewing irrigation and harvesting could be done by electrically powered machinery, needing assistance to relocate to adjacent "fields" or deliver a different implement to be hitched up...

| sounds like a lot of work Mass the natives of the pacific northwest ate like kings off the fishing and shell fish they had available to them and lived in nice comfy wood plank houses or at least some of em did geothermal is nice if its economically attainable but herding and growing crops is dam energy intensive Ild rather be a hunter gatherer any day I built a house up in boulder a while back that used two geothermal wells to heat the house for a 6,000 ft home the place ended up using about $100 a month in utilities although they paid a fortune for the two wells to be drilled farming and ranching are not going to last long as we are both depleting top soil at an alarming rate and polluting what soil is handy by artificial irrigation practices that raises the mineral line to a level that contaminates the crops and cattle are not very efficient the native species convert more grass to meet pr/acre than cattle any day thing to do is just let em do there thing and harvest what you can from what the land can naturally support you should read a book called "the mad cowboy" and then rethink cattle ranching I'ld also recommend a side by side comparison of beef to just about any game animal beef is slimy tasteless dripping fat full of grissel and sits like a rock in your belly game like venison or elk has great texture loads of taste is lean far more tender and melts in your mouth its also got a lot more vitamins to it than beef just shoot the bastard and thank him for the meal bullets are way cheaper than tractors and seed you want veggies keep a small garden (1/2 acre will more than do it for 2 ) and can some for winter but trying to raise grain to feed stock is a hugely waist-full practice that is surely going the way of the dodo eventually |

| The BIG land grab is on... saw some news on MADAGASCA where a major South Korean conglomerate has bought a very large slice of land there (described as being bigger than Belgium!!!) and there are said to be other grabs elsewhere in African region - - I have not bothered to verify yet - a bit of hype or things/organisations taking positions ready for future difficulties??? and outside the region of my interest (don't want to commit to lots more digging and reading)... There is a geothermal pilot in SW Queensland near the border with NT, SA, & NSW... It is viable now but needs "pure water" so the dissolved solids do not solidify and block the system (water pumped in and steam used at very high pressure to drive turbines etc)... So that is why the geothermal (can be accessed almost anywhere by drilling deep enough)... Other livestock may work (kangaroos, goats, camels, birds, fish, worms, maggots) who knows what the future may bring in a depleted resource world... I don't think I suggested cattle? bloody big useless **** producers - anything else.... Nor did I suggest grain to feed livestock (stubble for stock-feed) and sell grains and whatever else is grown to the highest bidder) - Goats are excellent at weed and other undesirable bush/shrub control as they browse...

| "I'ld also recommend a side by side comparison of beef to just about any animal beef is slimy tasteless dripping fat full of grissel and sits like a rock in your belly game like venison or elk has great texture loads of taste is lean far more tender and melts in your mouth its also got a lot more vitamins to it than beef" Bos knows how to eat! If you can't catch it, respectfully take care of the catch, and help your neighbor that is physically unable, then you probably shouldn't have been bred. There are too many people in this world anyway (especially in Chile) . Um...venison chili! |

| There's really no doubt that times of sorrow do await us, it really beginning to look like it may be past the tin foil hat stage at this point. Existence living off the land is not really a viable option except maybe real short term in the early stages of the fall. I'm sure with the amount of people already out of work and exhausting their benefits that poaching is already increasing to put substance on the table. Their are just too many people for substance living off the land to work, the available resources would be depleted to nothing and what few remaining would be so weary a person couldn't harvest them. If a person had the means to purchase enough land and resources to provide for themselves and their needs (I don't) they would still need a significant amount of capitol to keep it. The capitol part would be taxes demanded by the state to support their agenda of spending, and legacy costs promised to state workers. The state has vast authority to raise taxes at their will and really could care less if anyone objects to it. In this state they tax your home, your automobiles, your farm tractors, each head of livestock also must be turned turned in for taxes, if you're getting the picture here. If you should run into default with your taxes (in this state anyway) the Sheriff will quickly sell all your assets at public auction for taxes owed the state. So another person who may still retain some means (probably government worker) can then at auction purchase your whole life's work for pennies on the dollar for them-selfs. The taxes actually owed really doesn't have to be any significant amount at all, but being landowner and broke and penny-less any amount is significant and it goes to the sheriff for he demands every cent owed. (and they say bankers are heartless) This is depressing and I'm signing off and going for a weekend of boating. The weather isn't great but the end of boating is real near and old man winter is fixing to end it. Have a good weekend folks. |

| Before I go out the door I just ran into this. Yes we have our faults and big big problems facing us on the road ahead. Many people in many countries despise us for many probably justified reasons, and many I would not even try to defend here, but remember this. What kind of World would we all be living in today without the blood of American citizens spread throughout the lands? JFK'S Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was in France in the early 60's when DeGaule decided to pull out of NATO. DeGaule said he wanted all US military out of France as soon as possible. Rusk responded "does that include those who are buried here? DeGuale did not respond. You could have heard a pin drop When in England , at a fairly large conference, Colin Powell was asked by the Archbishop of Canterbury if our plans for Iraq were just an example of empire building by George Bush. He answered by saying, 'Over the years, the United States has sent many of its fine young men and women into great peril to fight for free dom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return is enough to bury those that did not return.' You could have heard a pin drop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There was a conference in France where a number of international engineers were taking part, including French and American. During a break, one of the French engineers came back into the room saying 'Have you heard the latest dumb stunt Bush has done? He has sent an aircraft carrier to Indonesia to help the tsunami victims. What does he intended to do, bomb them?' A Boeing engineer stood up and replied quietly: 'Our carriers have three hospitals on board that can treat several hundred people; they are nuclear powered and can supply emergency electrical power to shore facilities; they have three cafeterias with the capacity to feed 3,000 people three meals a day, they can produce several thousand gallons of fresh water from sea water each day, and they carry half a dozen helicopters for use in transporting victims and injured to and from their flight deck. We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?' You could have heard a pin drop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A U.S. Navy Admiral was attending a naval conference that included Admirals from the U.S. , English, Canadian, Australian and French Navies. At a cocktail reception, he found himself standing with a large group of Officers that included personnel from most of those countries. Everyone was chatting away in English as they sipped their drinks but a French admiral suddenly complained that, whereas Europeans learn many languages, Americans learn only English. He then asked, 'Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?' Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, 'Maybe it's because the Brit's, Canadians, Aussie's and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German.' You could have heard a pin drop. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AND THIS STORY FITS RIGHT IN WITH THE ABOVE... Robert Whiting , an elderly gentleman of 83, arrived in Paris by plane. At French Customs, he took a few minutes to locate his passport in his carry on. "You have been to France before, monsieur?" the customs officer asked sarcastically. Mr. Whiting admitted that he had been to France previously. "Then you should know enough to have your passport ready." The American said, 'The last time I was here, I didn't have to show i t." Impossible. Americans always have to show your passports on arrival in France !" The American senior gave the Frenchman a long hard look. Then he quietly explained, ''Well, when I came ashore at Omaha Beach on D-Day in 1944 to help liberate this country, I couldn't find a single Frenchmen to show a passport to." You could have heard a pin drop. |

| Yeah, let us also remember Guatemala and 300 000 dead under direct orders of usanian dictators. How about Puerto Rico, a "state" of usa, but citizens are second grade citizens. Do not even have the right to vote. Democracy at work. "the only land they ever asked was to bury their dead". Why not take them home to their families and bury them in their own country? What about Panama'? Certainly independent country and not ruled by those 5 000 usanian soldiers controlling the crowd and making sure usanian interests are the first and the foremost. Screw the locals. Grenada, now there was a colonial success made by reagan the acteur...Should I even forget Hawaii...no, let us mention it. How about Hawaii. Or Arizona, Florida, California, Nevada, etc. etc. In usanian hands as their own land ever since usanians "liberated" these countries frrom their own citizens, by killing them or pushing them to Mexico. Guantanamo. "liberated" as well, no? Not that usanians want a single centimetre of Guantanamo. They are there merely "defending" democracy... Well, ******* **** of a job by usanians, as is to be expected. Castro is still going strong, and with everyday of Guantanamo being occupied, the people of Cuba are learning to hate usa more than they hate Castro. And pass on that hatred to their kids, for future generations. And how about the NATO bases in Europe wher usanian occupying forces reside? Domestic cattl...sorry population cannot come even close to those barracks. There's an exclusion zone between the people and the barracks housing usanians. Remember the incident in Italy, when that pilot was showing off to his female and then he cut off the cable and killed 20-30 people in a cablecar? He got off with a slap on the knuckles and was cleared of any wrong doing. Families of killed Italians and other tourists are still trying to get him extradited, but that's going to happen when I start believing in "god"... If the scenario was the opposite, an italian pilot in usa, they would fry him on a chair for mass murder. Or how about Yugoslavia? A country decimated and pulverised by usanian generals. Now stealing the gold, silver nickel and who knows what else from "liberated" little "countries" left to pay the "liberation" by "brave" usanian "freedom" fighters. Occasional honest and sincere good man is not a green light for people to claim that the usanian governments are of the same kind. To the contrary. There were many good young men in nazist germa army and they died fighting for hitler, even though they may have been against him. And many deserted as well, yet usanians are the loudest spitters on germans. Sauerkrauts they still call them. Double standards. usanians have to wake up to reality. There's little good that has ever come from that country. Not because there are no good people there. Because there was never a good government there. And usanians are brainwashed into paranoid fear of the world sufficiently to believe that the whole world is against them and they have to be "vigilant" to "preserve" "their way of life"... There are 120 000 usanian soldiers in Australia. Can anyone explain to me why? Australia being in war with someone? Threatened with invasion from someone? Or are they just being occupied as the rest of the usanian vasals, under the "protection from evil" pretext? Mafia money racket pretext if you ask me. I am with Russians on Afghanistan. Laughing my head off for the turn at the table. Now the usanian fuckwits, and their servants, are caught in the battle against the Taliban, and are having their arses kicked hard. By goat and camel chasers, mind you. Bare handed, primitive, illiterate pussies in womens attires kicking the **** out of "sofisticated" armies of the west. The same ones that were arming them to fight Russians. Hillarious. And I haven't even mentioned Vietnam and Cambodia yet. Or Somaila... Urinatingly and histerically funny, don't you think? But my heart goes out to every single one intelligent and honest person in usa that now has to bear the part of the guilt, just as germas have to, even if the WWII is long gone and burried in the past. |

| And this is definitely NOT true: A U.S. He then asked, 'Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?' Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, 'Maybe it's because the Brit's, Canadians, Aussie's and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German.' Well, you couldn't because the truth of the WWII is that it was won by Russians and Yugoslavs. "western" allies were just a sidekicks. Consider this: there were 2 500 000 soldiers in Russia and about 1 000 000 in Yugoslavia. The undeservedly famous "Day -D" saw only about 300 000 germans soldiers confronting usa and british troups. Who really had the job to do? Not the "heroic" usanians and brits. They had their job made easy by Russians and Yugoslavs who blocked 3 and a half MILLIONS of germans. These are the facts. So swallow your pride and get that into your arogant and prepotent ignorant heads. You are nothing. And nobody. Just a bunch of lost characters confused by your nazist propaganda ******** that bombards you 24/7 with the ******** no one in their right mind accepts. Heroes, my arse. So how come Afghanistan is resistin 8 years now? Wait, I know!!! They are better armed than Germans...And smarter, and they have camels... |
