So if the Fed is owned by 7 banks then the chairman of the Fed is also owned by 7 banks and the man who appointed him would also be owned by those 7 banks. Also the Secretary of the Treasury of all those administrations would be owned. This is their website http://www.federalreserve.gov/ and says NOTHING that I could find as to whom they (the Fed) report to or who their profits and other responsibilities lie.... Prove to me otherwise - PLEASE.... May I be so bold as to suggest that EVERY other GOVERNMENT OWNED function has a clearly defined chain of command/authority which leads back ultimately to the President of the USA - - - NOT SO for the FED, except that the President is offered a list of candidates for the role of Chairperson of the FED - That is all I could find....

Here is the "Act" for the creation of the FED http://www.federalreserve.gov/aboutthefed/fract.htm - I cannot find where it says to whom they are responsible and who has the power to close them or otherwise????? (to be able to close or stop an operation shows and demonstrates who has the power of ultimate control - Not to be found yet - and I have had a fairly good read............)
