Derecktor Shipyards Closing?

Derecktor Shipyards, known as a world-class builder of Megayachts, racing yachts, ferries, and workboats is reportedly closing its Bridgeport facility after years of recent financial troubles...

Does anyone have any more information about this? Would be really sad to see the yard go.

That happened in short order. Too bad. Are their New York and Florida yards still fairing OK with work?
