| The natural bias is to assume the worst from something they buy "sight unseen". Unless you have a working relationship with a broker, or the buyer is willing to hire a surveyor he trusts, the price has to be very low.

| Thanks Gonzo, I think I might have started another thread to pursue this as my question has become one of how to negotiate the transaction with brokers in the US and not the case of a moving the vessel overseas to sell. |

| I was talking about brokers and buyers in Europe. Brokers in the USA would be more agreeable to market price.
