When you work hard, you need fuel to keep going and muscles strong.

And 3 square a day right.

Always many excuses to eat, dissapointment, failure, depression, loss of employment all feels better after food, and then just a little more.

Levels of obesity vary in different countries, India for instance uses it for a sign of wealth, but they are no where near the level of accepted obesity of America where fork lift truck are used to move some patients.

Like Oprah said most nationalities see 100kg on the scale and cut back , but not the American, he will go on to 200 300 then need health care.

    Hows your appetite now?

ships are vertically arranged. Want to move forward? Up a ladder and down another. Bridge to engineroom? 6 decks and 6 flights of ladders.
I've spent 43 years living on a stairmaster exercise machine/s. I weigh a 100 kilos and I'm 6ft 1inch. I'm not skinny because I have a 50 inch chest and an 18 inch neck. But there is no fat on me. My legs, butt, and stomach are iron hard.
The portions James is cooking is a meal for a group. I imagine for 4.
Please clarify James how many your recipes intend to serve?
We don't want Frosty to be confused by our excellent taste in victuals.
Let's be generous and while british food is renowned as unrenowned, lets remember britains one contribution to world cuisine, the chip! Course in USA we call them french fries.

    As American as apple pie.

Aple pie --strudell was german. Way back before America was invented.

In Uk apple pie was available with or without crust on top, they were more expensive and only the affluent could afford such luxeries.

Hence upper crust suggesting affluence today.

Yorkshire pudding, spotted dick, bread and butter pudding etc etc etc

But we only invented the chip yeah Ok. But the accolade for cuisine magnificence must go to Mc Donalds,- you must be very proud.

Sir Walter Raliegh brought the potato to UK. The queen was delighted, she loves surprises from far away civilizations. She asked 'what is it"

Walter put it in his mouth and lit it. Its a tobaco maam.

Actually, I like kippers, bubble and squeak (without the wow wow sauce), cock a leeky, worcestshire, and marmalade and other english faire. But the world only knows fish n chips. So contibutions to world cuisine? Aye?
Did brits invent pork n beans? or just invent serving them for breakfast?

Bubble and squeek is German, cocka leeky is Welsh and Marmalade must be French ( the word ends in e)

Very little of our known language or cuisine is Pure English.

Hot pot, is however Lancashire and is a popular pub food, too much meat and fat swilling on it for me though.

Now a ploughmans lunch with a pint of beer by the Thames is to be lived for.

Not keen on jellied eels iether, Henry 111V use to go to the Isle of dogs for this dish frequently.

Well, I did forget to mention the contribution of the Earl of Sandwich. Where would we be without sandwiches? I'm serious of course. The story is he was so addicted to gambling, he invented the sandwich so he could eat at the gaming tables. :)

So called because it can be carried in a bag to the field and eaten on site. Thats made me hungry

You wont get that at Mc Donalds,
